Evolving a Brand: From social media strategy to full-scale brand transformation
Community Paramedics Service (CPS) first came to us looking to establish a professional, consistent social media presence. To set the stage, we directed an initial branded photoshoot, ensuring their feed reflected the same trust and care that define their service. From there, we built out a content strategy on Instagram centered around educational videos and branded graphics, giving Manitobans clear, engaging information about non-urgent medical transportation and the CPS difference.
As results grew, so did our partnership. CPS engaged us for a full brand refresh, including a modernized logo, updated mission, vision, and values, and a redefined messaging framework. To bring the new identity to life, we produced a second branded photoshoot and updated their website copy, working closely with their web designer to introduce graphic elements that communicated the brand’s renewed clarity and professionalism.
Most recently, we expanded CPS’s presence to LinkedIn. Along with launching their company page, we ghostwrite for founder John to strengthen his voice as a thought leader while building connections with healthcare professionals, nursing home staff, and community organizations.
Today, CPS has grown from a small, under-the-radar service into a recognizable brand with a modern identity, a strong social media presence anchored by educational video content, and the professional reputation needed to support their continued growth across Manitoba.
